Hall of Monuments (cost?) - Guild Wars Forums

I'm new (sort of!) and don't know where to ask about this.

I logged on GW after quitting for 5-6 years because I am interested in playing Guild Wars 2 and wanted to have a little bit of nostalgia. I then found out through the hall of monuments that I was able to get some bonuses for GW2.

I was wondering about how far I can get with those tasks from money alone. I got a few birthday presents in GW when I logged on and one seems to be worth a decent bit.

I'm sorry if this thread doesn't belong here. I won't bump it if that's the case.
